Hi,
Can someone confirm whether Ableton's LFO usually outputs ±10V over ADAT to an ES-3?
I could've sworn it did before, but I can only get a much smaller range out of it now.
I'm using Live 12.1 with sample rate of 44.1 kHz and my signal chain is:
CV LFO (sine wave) -> MOTU UltraLite MK5 ADAT out -> ES-3
LFO Max: 100%
LFO Min: -100%
Depth: 100%
With these settings I was hoping to get a full -10V to 10V range, and I do get this via audio outputs.
However ADAT -> ES-3 output seems more like -2.5V to 2.5V
I've tried
- Restarting the modular
- Reconnecting ADAT cables
- Upgrading MOTU UltraLite firmware
- Restarting Live / rebooting computer
Any suggestions, or is this expected behaviour?
