Hello dear friends.
How would you clock Pithsburgh Lifeforms SV-1 with an external clock, so everything is in sync? I am playing with an idea to get a Pams New Workout as a main clock for everything I am having im my rack so far. I am just thinking how to clock everything. Main clock is the key right?
But what about clocking Lifeforms? Would it be to use Lifeform's midi module, setting the clock mode to "external gate clock mode" and use clock i/o input jack? It is that it just doesn't make sense to me, because that means I would have to use midi notes to run the oscilators. Or is it, eventhough it is clocked via midi module on Lifeforms, and not sending midi notes into Lifeforms via its midi module, rather skipping it and sending cv straight into OSC 1 and OSC2 via v/o would it be clocked? I do not think so.
Thank you very much.
