1U & 3U Eurorack Modules • Trigger module with rate modulation

Is there a module that can generate triggers where the rate can be CV modulated? Specifically, not just multiplying or dividing a clock, but allowing the trigger rate to follow an input like an LFO, for example.

I suspect this might be fairly straightforward or something that could be achieved by patching with other utility modules. Any help would be appreciated. Cheers.
