Usually I sync the SE-02 step sequencer with Midi clock but this time I need to use analog trigs. The setup is Beatstep Pro drum gate output to Trigger input on SE-02.
The problem I’m having is that plugging anything into the SE-02 trigger input mutes its audio and its sequencer doesn’t step as expected.
I really want to step through its sequences with drum hits programmed in the beatstep instead of straight Midi clock.
I looked at the manual and it provides no clues or insights.
I’ve never tried this before….
What am I doing wrong here?
