My new ALA Send VCA module connects to my Bartender and Barback by two six pin ribbon connectors. With the top connector in place it will not fit comfortably in my Mantis case. The connector is a few millimetres too wide and impinges on the case mounting rails.
I can force the module in (it’s a cheap module) but patching it causes the connectors to pop out.
Does anyone know if these six pin connectors are all the same size or if they come in alternative designs? I am thinking I may have to shave some plastic off the connector with a sharp knife or some sandpaper.
Any other suggests greatly appreciated. Thanks.
