To clarify, I want to send modular level audio out to instrument/line level FX devices, then return the signal, reintegrate it into the modular by adding gain.
Simple enough, que no? VCA out into stomp box... then stompbox out back in to modular via gain booster module. All done, right?

Here's some tools I've currently on hand:
**Dot Com Q118 Instrument Interface
**Q111 Pan-Fade
**Some Dot Com mixers
**Dot Com Q108 VCA
**Along with all of the expected party favors to control such things ("slow/fast moving random voltages" I believe is the term these days ... re; LFOs, VCOs, EG, Manual Controllers Et-Friggin-Cetera).
Anyhow, I'm having trouble working out how to create a WET-DRY mix with voltage control. So fully Dry would be whatever modular signal is sent "Out" via the output VCA routed right back in to the synth. Fully Wet would be whatever the output signal of the outboard effect produces. I could do it with the Dot Com Q128 Switch module (I have one), but I don't want just a switch, better would be a sortof panning that can be voltage controlled.
So do you think this Send/Return with Wet/Dry Mix can get done without buying more modules? My brain just isn't wrapping this up properly ... dunno, so I could use some help.
