OK, so I finally gave up on my original CGS 87 build (https://www.modwiggler.com/forum/viewto ... 9#p4131239), ordered the newer 387 boards and assembled and wired it up. I am using it as a 4-stage programmer. All stages are getting correctly selected with the forward and backward triggers and manual buttons/jacks!
However, the mix outputs (A,B,C,D) are not behaving properly. The pot at stage 1A seems to give me between 0 and 12V at output A. But, even with stage 1 still selected, the stage 3 pot will add voltage to the stage 1 output. Most of the outputs read 0V.
I did make one glaring error when wiring the 0V terminal of the pots. Instead of wiring it by row, I accidentally did it by column. The other terminal are wires by column. I've measured continuity across the 0 to the board and it all checks out. Would this make any difference? Or should I be looking elsewhere?
Thanks!
