Assimilat8or has the reputation of its stellar sound quality, both the actual fidelity of it as well as how great it sounds when pitching samples up and down. I'm considering an external sampler instead of going the eurorack route, and I need something that I can interface easily with my eurorack (ins, outs, and some CV). What's out there that you like and is comparable to (or better than) something like Assimil8or? I don't need or want a sequencer, already have an Oxi One. I just need a multitimbral sampler with the slicing, round robin, multi-sampling, looping, and ideally phase modulation like Assimil8or.
