4U Format Modules + EMS • 259e calibration

Hi,
I know this is a subject that has been debated for a long time but I can't calibrate my 259e (firmware 30.8)
It is absolutely impossible to make it do an octave
That is to say that by playing an octave I reach a maximum of a seventh (with calibration Knob fully CW)

I have tried to do the procedure described in the manual several times but nothing happens.
Isn't there a problem with presets loading when I turn the boat back on ? (I have the 225e)
