Tubbutec • ModyPoly Mono/Poly Pitch Bend wiring / help !

Hi,

I've just received the MidiPoly for my Mono/Poly (KLM-398, I guess it it's a late model).

I'm confused for the 11K5 resistor soldering to the outer legs of VR2 as there is already a black wire (coming from the cable braid) solded to the left outer leg.
In the manual, this very same black cable is wired to J5 (on the right soldering point), just above VR2.

Should I let the black cable on VR2 when soldering the resistor, or should I move it to J5 as shown on the manual ?
