Hey! I’m working on a stripboard clone of the Serge NTO. So far, I’ve built the PCO part, and it’s working fine except for a low frequency self oscillation. The oscillation starts whenever the CA3046 heaters trimmer is on anything but max and the frequency increases whenever the heater is turned up. Frequency os low, from 0,5hz and upwards and if I touch the 3046 the frequency increases. It’s present on both positive and negative supply and causes a pitch modulation much like if an LFO would have been connected to the CV.
Given that this is a stripboard build, my first guess was a missing trace cut, connection or similar but after a few hours of debugging this does not seem to be the case. Any ideas on what to look for?
Its based on the MEMS schematic https://modwiggler.com/forum/download/ ... p?id=89958
