This was announced and... well demo'd wouldn't be accurate, they had a shell at a show a while back.
But someone bumped the B1 thread today (I have a Donner B1 and think it is probably the best modern take on the 303) so I looked it up.

I haven't seen any updates about it on any synth news sites since it was announced a year ago, but it looks like it's coming soon.
Currently the inital asking price looks like $299. I know the B1 started off much higher than it has been sold at in the past, so I expect that to be a "wow buy this great thing at a huge discount" type drop in the future. IMO the software import of samples will make or break the thing, because I think the B1 showed a lot of consideration for beginners and people who want to enjoy improvising and playing the instrument, so all of the features on this for $300 could make it a cheap option that works with software and works independently. Looking forward to it.
