Coming from an R*S Inori, I'm currently in later stages of designing a two-panel system based on the classic Animal / Soup Kitchen pair.
I imagine most feedback will be "lgtm," but curious if anyone has any feedback that might be helpful. Three directions I'm interested in exploring with this system: Thomas Ankersmit-style feedback patching, rich arpeggiated sequences, and meditative drones.
Some notes on the panel:
- The purple jacks are Triple Sloths, inspired by another panel that had this mod
- I'll have another stereo headphone output on the Dual Channel Stereo Mixer
A couple questions I have:
- It was hard to pick mixers / utilities: any advice against two Mix Pros?
- I'm intrigued by the ASR (I worked melodically often), but I can imagine a more useful module here. I picked it largely because it's one of the only circuits I can't fill in with R*S stuff later and I'm curious to try it.
- I wondered about spec'ing a VC Slew Limit/Lock instead of the SSG. Any opinions on this?
