Thanks for providing a Support Channel!
I recently added a used ES-6 (Board says 2.2) to an ES-3 (I assume MK-3, with dual Red LEDs per Channel).
They are connected to a Behringer UMC1820, PC running with Ableton Live 12 or VCVRack.
Unfortunately, only one Channel on the ES-6, specificially Channel 4 - is working properly, testing with Audio and triggers.
All other channels remain Silent in the DAW.
All of the ES-6 Jacks light up when patched with a Signal.
ES-3 Works perfectly.
There is no ES-7 Expansion, and no jumper on the Expansion Connector (The manual showed this as a possible setting).
I flipped the ADAT Cables, same behavior in both ways, I tried 41 an 48 kHz and different Buffer sizes as well.
Is there anything I could try out (replace Ribbon Cable? Other Settings or Interface? Add Jumper)?
Could this be an incompatibility of the older Versions, or is this a defective ES-6 unit?
