Holy fuck the mix and master on this track is epic. The stereo image is pretty good. It reminds me of tame impala with less reverb, more close up in your face but still wide and big room feeling. The layered vocals is such a nice touch.
Another SebastiAn production I thought was good. This is actually 4 tracks. As a whole it is very cinematic and dramatic. Again perfect mix on the vocals. I wonder if he is mixing everything by himself or if he has a secret wizard just mixing. Imagine if Justice records were mixed like this instead of blasted through a compressor.
The rest of his tracks are a kind of commercial pop dance techno poppy trip hop whatever that I'm not really into. But when they are good they are really good. The best stuff is more recent so maybe that is the direction going forward. He just posted another film soundtrack where he did the entire film.
