I'm working on a new case powered by the Doepfer A-100 DIY. This power unit does not supply the +5v rail needed for some digital modules. I thought I could get an adapter through Doepfer to add the +5v, but it looks like they've discontinued it and explicitly recommend against using it. Actually, looking closer at their site, I see they are only saying not to use it with the PSU3. I'm pretty sure that is not the one in the DIY kit, correct? Som maybe the adapter is still usable, they just don't carry it themselves anymore. Can anyone clarify? If I need to go a different route, does anyone know how I could add a power supply for the +5v rail? Thanks in advance.
