I've put an online version of the User Voice Manager on my website here. It should enable you to load, edit and save samplings files (.TNW), and may come in handy in particular for Mac users for whom the Yamaha software doesn't work any more.
My javascript is not great, so there are highly likely to be bugs, in particular cross-browser problems (i.e. with Safari). Let me know what you find. Feel free to have a poke at the javascript and make compatability suggestions!
