Music Tech DIY • Hauptwerk Organ using Fatar TP/9s

I'm planning a MIDI project; specifically an organ. It will be used primarily for Hauptwerk and eventually to control a synthesizer. The upper console organ will have three manuals, and four MIDI outputs in the back (three for manuals, one for the pedalboard). I will be using three Fatar TP/9S keybeds for the manuals, as they are one of the cheapest decent quality options. However, I have questions on two parts of this.

(1) How would I go about mounting them in organ fashion? I looked at the Fatar Chassis modules, but I don't know if those work with the TP/9S keybeds. I would prefer not to have to have anything custom machined due to the price, but if that is required, than that might be an option.

(2) What can I use to scan them for MIDI? There are some solutions, but I think I might use a Arduino or Teensy or something similar. I am strained on price, and I need (like I said) three different MIDI Outputs (one for each manual) from the keyboards, so maybe three different circuits is the best option?

Thank you in advance.
