Ive searched topics but couldn't find the answer to this conundrum. Can anyone help?
I want to sequence tracks in Ableton using my Octatrack Mk2. I've not had any trouble clocking OT from Ableton using one of those USB to MIDI splitter cables so far.
I plugged the MIDI IN side into my MIDI box coming from OT, set an OT MIDI track for channel 9 and entered a few trigs. Loaded up a sound into and Ableton MIDI track, set the Midi receive channel to 9, started the OT and nothing happens.
Ive set the MIDI to USB as my interface in Ableton.
Any ideas?
