HI. I use Silent Way and the ES-9 module to record multiple voices simultaneously from my Eurorack case. The ES-9 is primarily used to send audio from various voices to separate tracks in Cubase for later mixing, and to receive LFOs, clock and run/stop from Silent Way to my Pam's. I did a recording a couple of weeks ago and all was well but now, the 3.5mm outputs on the ES-9 are not functioning. Cubase definitely sees the ES-9 as an I/O device and says that all inputs and outputs are active and the two little red leds on the ES-9 are lit up, as expected. Also, using the ES-9 standalone configurator, I get a valid response when I do a request for the current firmware (1.3.0) . All 14 3.5mm inputs are working and sending audio data to Cubase but the 3.5mm outputs are not working so there is no control of clock and start/stop from Cubase. And yes, I did use the outputs from 9 to 16 on the ES-9 for the LFOs and clock/run/stop and all of the outputs in Cubase are configured to be stereo.
I thought it might perhaps be a power issue ... the ES-9 eats up a pretty hefty chunk of the available power. So, I moved it to a rack with a Befaco Trolley bus which has enough power to light Chicago but still the same problem.
Am I doing something dumb here or is my module borked?
