1U & 3U Eurorack Modules • Bruxa or Oneiroi?

I've got a mostly empty skiff case I'm using to try stuff out and move stuff around. Maybe turn it into a little "take anywhere" synth to just mess around with... Anyway, I saw the Make Noise Bruxa that's coming out soon. But, THEN somehow I came across the Befaco Oneiroi and feel like that might be a WAY better deal. The Befaco costs a bit more but it has way more going for it. The Oneiroi seems like a Bruxa on steroids with much more control over the sound. Yes the Befaco module is bigger but cv control over everything and stereo ins and outs... looks really really interesting.

Is it just me or are these 2 modules similar in a lot of ways? I mean the Bruxa is a bit of a mystery on purpose but, the filter and time warping seems to be what makes them similar.

Also interesting is how the Oneiroi has inputs AND internal VCO's kind of like the MN Spectraphon.... another module that came out recently that looked really interesting sound wise. But Oneiroi is still very different from Spec as well. I've also been interested in the Strega so, when I saw Bruxa I was like, hmmm a simpler version in Euro... But I don't love MN modules like some people do, I only have Maths and Mimeophon. And I see a lot of Strega's for sale 2nd hand.

I could be wrong (and it's hard to tell) but it seems to me that Oneiroi and Bruxa are quite similar in a lot of ways but Oneiroi has mad control over everything plus stereo. If you had to pick, which one would you choose and why?
