This stems from my curiosity about the SSF Random Redux in particular, so owners of that module and how they like it / use it are especially welcome to chime in.
In your experience which modules do you own or have used that best excel at creating interesting random fluctuations, that go a little beyond straightforward clock-synced random, and/or what patching methods to you use to keep your random sources and fluctuations interesting?
If you have modules you utilize for random, please say a little about what you find you like about those modules, and/or what you find limiting or disappointing about them?
I like my random sources present and past, but I've yet to find a particular dedicated random module I 100% click with, and I find lately I'm lazing into pretty "straightforward" clock-synced random. I also find that often when I try to venture outside "straightforward" random, it just devolves into incoherent chaos.
