Artist Discussion • Sanam (FFO: modular, post-punk, Arabic folk)

This band from Lebanon has been one of my favorite finds this year. It's such a rich stew with post-punk ingredients that echo early PiL, Arabic poetry and folk, modular synth textures, some experimental noise, and krautrock grooves.
