Hey, I've done some searching and I'm surprised this doesn't seem to exist already... can anyone tell me if they know of a plugin that does this?
I'm looking for a plugin that will sync to a DAW's session timeline, and will output audio of a 2 or 4 PPQ clock signal. Something that will work with the Korg Volcas, for example (where the clock pulse is about 15 ms of a full-scale signal).
I have tested this idea in my DAW by recording the Sync Out of a Volca onto a track, and then playing it back into the Sync In. The Volca syncs to the recorded signal perfectly.
(Yes I know that MIDI clock is an option for the Volcas, but I am looking to do sync with a clock pulse.)
The only option I've found would be to run the Korg SyncKontrol app, sync that with Ableton Link, and then take the audio output from the app. But I'd think someone would have done the same thing with a plugin already...??
