So, I received my FH-2 about a week ago and have been enjoying the module a lot. The module was working fine, until yesterday. When I tried to access the menu, the screen was scrambled (meaning random pixels were on or off with some larger block on or off with a few pixels on or off, to break the pattern). After power cycling, the screen did not turn on at all. The configurator works and the rest of the module seems to be working, but the screen is just blank.
Things I've tried:
Downgrading firmware to 1.23 -> 1.22.1 : no change
Pulling out other modules and even put it into a rack by itself: no change.
I also inspected the board and nothing is visibly wrong (though, my eyesight might prevent me from seeing issues, but all solder joints are so neat, I kinda don't expect these to be the issue). Also, because screen was jumbled in the kind of pattern (mostly random with blocks), I'm thinking it's either corrupted memory or a software issue. Is there anything I can do to try to fix/debug this myself or should I just start the warranty proceedings with the vendor?
