My First post here, i'm musician and i like electronic but novice.
Few months ago i bought a Memorymoog with missing boards and cables (x6 voices, contour/glide, Analog) . Owner bought this on ebay in the 2000' for spare to his own MM plus. Few people told me that i bought some garbage but others ones like Luis Marka and Kevin Mitchell (MM clone) Believed in the project and helped me. The clone was a good base for me to re-create the 6x voices boards. Board was almost finished on Kicad and i had some good contact in USA to buy contour + analog boards but a good ( and dangerous ) lot came up on ebay . 10 Lamm boards from a studio that had fire damaged (1994 LAMM)![:moneyburn:]( "Never maintain cash savings again")
. Board looks really bad uncleaned on photos but i started to clean ( water+soap then distilled water) the contour and it's not that bad. most of it is Soot from the wood who burned, i tested few components and they look ok. The good thing is that all CEM are there and hopefully some will work . Also found full set of originals cable on ebay ![:)]( "smile")
. So now the Memorymoog is complete and i'm happy to share it with you ![:cloud:]( "This is fun!")

So like i said i'm novice but not noob , i can't debug a MM but i can complete it from schematics and rebuild the power supply so a tech will have a good base![:)]( "smile")
what i did :
- Bought missing screws, hinge , ribbon dip connectors etc
- power supply , replaced capacitors , and few components on board
- assembled synth
- turn 110v to 230v transformer wiring
-what i'm gonna do
- clean each LAMM boards
- Some corroded sockets to replace on all boards, check all cold joint solder
- All electrolitics capa for Vishay axial ( 105* for power )
- may be film capa too
- some resistors are out of value , need to verify all one by one and swap bad ones
- test all IC compatible with my TL866II ( not much..)
- replace some trimmers , may be all .. Lamm replacement was in 1994 and they had fire damage
- assemble all cables , new ribbons made by myslef
- try power supply
- fatar keyboard + new fan
- then send to a tech![:)]( "smile")
that's it, here a link with photos folder , and i will post here result of my work and hopefully a working machine soon or late.
