Music Tech DIY • Sequential Prophet REV2-16 phones output failure

My Sequential Prophet REV2-16 phones output is failing partly with only degraded/noisy sound in one of the channels.

I have checked the solderings to the phones output jack and for continuity, but they are all good.

I have almost zero skills in SMD components/pcbs, but suspect this ic to be failing because of proximity to the phones jack.I will not try to fix it myself - I am just curious if anybody can tell me what kind of IC it is?

And would anybody know how to find service manuals for newer synths like the Rev2?
