Modular Synth General Discussion • Noob question about Zadar and Moog

I'm trying to use my Zadar to modulate parameters on my Moog synths. However, Zadar runs from 0-10 volts, whereas Moog is -5 to +5 volts. How can I make them compatible? I've got a Maths/Disting Mk4/Erica Quad VCA2/Pams new workout to potentially help(as long with a matriarch).
