The Harvestman • Hammer mk2 slider problems. Where to begin with fixing?

So, my 16th slider doesn't work. Doesn't output anything. I could tripple check, but not getting gates, cv, lights, nothing. Also, it's been like this since I purchased used.

Where should I start with troubleshooting it? Just get a new slider and replace it? Not really feeling like bothering the Guv with this just yet, Know the man is pretty busy.
