Expert Sleepers • ES-3 for Csound [smux~ code equivalent]

hello!

hoping to use the 8 outputs of the ES-3 at 96khz with Csound. not sure what the algorithm is to interleave correctly the signals. Is there information on that (or, for instance, the source code to the smux~ maxmsp object?).
