I placed an order on June 10th directly from nw2s for a balanced io. Credit card charged. Upgraded shipping to UPS. Since then nothing has happened - order shows as accepted but not shipped. Tried reaching out through their contact form on the website but no responses. Is this company still in business? Noticed on the website that "shipping will be unavailable from Dec 21 to Jan 3" - that's from a *long* time ago. Now worried this is a zombie website without an operating business behind it that charged me $455 for a module that will never be sent.
