Music Tech DIY • Use sawtooth in CD40106

Hi folks
I'm building a noise box based on CD40106 power by 12v .. I'm a newbie.
I'd like bring sawtooth and use as lfo and as audio output.
Searching around i read that the saw signal is very weak and i need to buffer and gain for use, how i can use with single power supply? Is there an easy solution?
Because i found some schema that use opAmp for use in modular but request +/-12 v power supply .

Anyone have some advice?
